LIMITATION ON COMMENCING ACTIONS

You must commence any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Site within one (1) year after the cause of action or claim arises. Otherwise, you agree that your cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

SEVERABILITY
